1. Acceptance of Terms

All sales and services provided by BB&H Tool Co. (“Company”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the customer (“Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the Client are rejected unless expressly accepted in writing by the Company.

2. Quotations and Orders
